My recent stay at 2A Seymour Road was absolutely wonderful. The newly refurbished rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, complete with a huge fridge/freezer. I loved spending time on the outside furnished patio, it was a great bonus. The house easily accommodated my group of 10 guests, and the online pictures definitely did not do it justice. It was located conveniently, with train stations to Clapham Junction and London Victoria just a short 12-minute walk away. The nearby Beddington Park was a beautiful place to explore, only a 15-minute walk from the house. I would definitely come back to this lovely villa.

While my stay was overall fantastic, there were a few minor issues. The property hadn't been well cleaned prior to our arrival, but thankfully we were able to clean it ourselves to make it liveable.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 3-level home. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, with spotless bathrooms. The tasteful decor and cleanliness of the entire house were impressive. The kitchen was large and had ample storage, as well as all the necessary appliances. The location was great, with two convenience stores and takeaways just a couple of minutes' walk away. The train to central London was also conveniently close, only a 6-minute walk. The owners were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
